You can get your console to us simply by bringing it into the workshop, this is the quickest way to get the job done with a 1-3 day turnaround on the work, or alternatively you can post your machine to us by Royal Mail or Parcel2Go. When posting your machine please print and include a completed repair form or a covering letter. Once we have recieved your console it will be booked into our system which will generate your unique job number and keep you updated on the progress of your repair via email, or alternatively you can book your job online. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT DEAL WITH THE DS LITE MODELS, ONLY THE OLDER STYLE DS.

Please note that the return postage will be an extra £5 on top of the repair cost, all machines are retuned by Royal Mail. Typical turnaround is 2-3 days and all of our work comes with a 6 month warranty.
