All our work is guaranteed for 180 days providing the security
label has not been removed or damaged.
Until payment is received in full, SKP Repair reserves
the right to withhold your console. If after 60 days of repairing
your console payment has still not been received, SKP Repair are authorised to dispose of the console (or do with it as
they see fit) in order to redeem losses.
Repaired consoles are guaranteed against the original fault only.
SKP Repair cannot take responsibility for unrelated faults
on the same console.
If a repeat fault is found whilst still under warranty, the
console will be repaired free of charge. SKP Repair reserve
the right to charge postage and packing on consoles repaired under
warranty.
Upon sending your console you are agreeing to pay the cost of
repair plus postage and packing (£5 for
UK Mainland).
To repair your console we may have to change parts of the casing
that display the serial/model number for generic parts that are
genuine but unmarked. In some circumstances you will be sent a
reconditioned console which will match the condition of your original
machine like for like.
Consoles must be sent by Recorded or Special Delivery (or any
other courier service which can be traced and give you proof of
postage). Consoles lost or damaged in the post sent by Standard
Parcels with no proof of postage or tracking number are not the
responsibility of SKP Repair.
SKP Repair are an independent corporate entity and are
in no way affiliated with Sony Computer Entertainment, Microsoft
or Nintendo, therefore we do not carry out warranty work for any
of the aforementioned companies.
XBOX 360 Terms & Conditions (Applicable to GPU rework
only):
Due to the time and costs involved in repairing XBOX 360 consoles,
SKP Repair labour charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. Consoles may be returned to us for repair free of charge
providing they have not been tampered with and are accompanied
by your original reciept within the 6 month warranty period.
SKP Repair will not be held reponsible for postage costs.
Return postage will be £5.
If your console is deemed beyond economical repair, SKP Repair will not charge for labour but you will be responsible
for
the return postage charge (£5) should
you wish to have it returned to you.
